Micah Aders is an airline captain at JetBlue Airways and has over 20 years of airline flying experience. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Professional Aeronautics at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. In 2022 Micah stepped out into the entrepreneurial space with a focus on healthcare.
He uses the experience and perspective from the aviation industry to foster safety, communication and efficiency to build strong teams and systems as a business owner.
Micah is married to Ashley, who homeschools their three boys. Micah enjoys travel, sports, volunteering and all things outdoors in his free time.
