With over 20 years of healthcare experience, Elissa brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to her role as a Nurse Practitioner with OMP. Since becoming a Nurse Practitioner in 2019, she has worked across various settings, including primary care and urgent care, before transitioning to occupational medicine, where she has focused her expertise.
Trained by Dr. McClain in occupational medicine, Elissa has worked alongside him and honed her skills for the past 3 years, specializing in employee health and well-being. She values quality, clear communication, mutual respect, and operational efficiency, which are essential to delivering excellent care and supporting businesses in maintaining a healthy, productive workforce.
Outside of work, Elissa enjoys spending time with her two German Shepherd puppies, who always keep her on her toes!
